About Us
Introduction
Sutlej ePolymers is a leading manufacturing, trading, and export-oriented enterprise based out of Kasur, Pakistan with two major business divisions: Recycled Plastics and Recycled Scrap. SEP’s flagship business & product is post-consumer recycled PET Bottle Flakes and currently operates a GRS certified 3,750 Metric Ton/Month facility. We also manufacture & trade in a wide range of other products such as Recycled PP, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, and other scrap products. SEP is also extending its operations worldwide to UAE, China, Taiwan, Turkey, UK, Ireland, Germany, and more.
History
Founded as an rPET Cold Wash Plant in Sundar Industrial Area in 2014 with a capacity of 0.5 TPD, Sutlej ePolymers expanded to Kanganpur in 2018, increasing capacity to 5 TPD. In 2022, further upgrades boosted production to 10 TPD. By November 2024, we transitioned to a Hot Wash Line with a capacity of 125 TPD, adopting cutting-edge imported technology. Specializing in high-quality White and Green PET flakes and resin for packaging and textiles, our sustainable practices span every stage, from collection to eco-friendly product creation.

Raw Material, Product and Emissions quality is maintained by SEP’s LAB, equipped with following facilities

- Temperature Calibration Gauge
- Coldwash PET Chips inspection mechanism
- Portable Gas analyzer (Emissions Control)
Company’s data is maintained via a dedicated software specially designed to fulfill our requirements.
